Due to the increasing impact of COVID-19 in Canada, we are currently experiencing shipping delays. We work with third party logistics and UPS as a collaborative effort to fulfill our orders. The delays have been brought upon by a combination of longer custom clearance time frames, and also UPS delays from COVID-19.

Rest assured, we are working with our logistics partners and UPS to do everything possible to update customer tracking and deliver orders as soon as possible.
